1968 CHEVROLET CAMARO SS FOUND IN A GARAGE, HAS ONLY 12K MILES, FLOOD VICTIM!

To see your car destroyed in a wreck is very disturbing. Well, the previous owner of this Camaro saw a more disturbing thing than a wreck. His car was flooded. This car is a numbers matching highly original 1968 Chevrolet Camaro SS. This beast is a flood car with 12,000 miles on the clock. The car was found in an estate in Massachusetts and it has a lot of flood damage.

The body of this Camaro has obvious signs of damage. The hood is damage, the top is damaged, and the nose is damaged. Weirdly enough, those are the only damaged parts of the body on this car. It doesn’t have paint damage or surface corrosion. While the interior doesn’t look bad on the first look, if you look closely you can spot that the interior is full of leaf litter. That indicates that the whole interior was flooded. So, the interior probably smells like a swamp now and this car will probably need a new interior. The original 350 V8 engine looks clean. However, the inside of the engine is full of corrosion. The owner said that he hasn’t tried to start the engine, he made the right choice. If the corrosion isn’t bad, this engine can be salvaged.

Whoever ends up owning this flood Camaro will need a lot of luck. It will probably need a new interior, a new engine, and a lot of bodywork. However, flood cars are cheap these days and if you feel lucky you should probably take your chance with a flood Camaro.
