ALL ORIGINAL: 1978 FORD BRONCO RANGER XLT SURVIVOR FOUND IN A GARAGE!

This bronco is very clean. The owner mentioned that he is the third owner of these trucks, but when the truck is in this kind of condition I think that doesn’t matter. The owner says that the paint of this truck has some imperfections but for a 42-year-old truck I would say that those issues aren’t a big deal.

This Bronco is definitely a true survivor. The truck reportedly has only 63,000 miles on the clock. Judging by the interior I would say that even 63,000 are a lot for the condition of this truck. The interior looks perfect and this truck being a Ranger XLT, has a lot of cool features. The Ranger XLT was the top of the line truck in 1978 and it featured options such as tinted glass, air conditioning, full-time four-wheel drive, and even speed control, this truck has all of them and they all work as they should. The engine is a 400 V8 hooked up to an automatic transmission, the owner says that this is the original engine and that he changed some minor parts to keep it running smoothly.

Just look at the paint shining. Have you ever thought that a 42-year-old truck can shine this way? I haven’t. Of course, the truck has been detailed but that doesn’t hide the fact that this is really a well-preserved truck. The owner mentioned that this truck spent its whole life in Colorado and I would say that this truck hasn’t seen many Colorado winters judging by the condition. Overall, this is a very well preserved truck and it just blows my mind when I look at a rare 42-year-old Bronco in this condition.
