The owner didn’t say much about this Fox Body Cobra. The SVT division had huge success with the Fox Body Cobra. It was the ’90s muscle car and they accomplished their goal which was pumping more power out of the famous 5.0 V8 engine. This particular Fox Cobra was found in a garage and it has less than 10,000 miles on the clock.
You can tell by all that dust that this Cobra wasn’t used much and that it spent a lot of time resting in a garage. While the Cobra wasn’t much different from the GT, it still had more power, tighter suspension, and unique wheels. Compared to the R version, the Cobra was a lot more luxurious. Ford made a small number of Cobras, that is why these cars became collectible in the early years. The interior of this car is in perfect condition without any signs of damage. The seats were a big letdown back in the day. Ford should have put Recaros instead of these basic bucket seats. If you bought a Cobra back in the day, you would have a 235 horsepower Mustang sitting in your garage. Those numbers aren’t much when comparing to today’s Fords, however, the 5.0 V8 still managed to do a 5 second 0-60 run. Plus the 5.0 V8 holds a very special meaning to Ford’s fans and owners.
This car is truly an amazing car. It is rare, fast, desirable, and collectible. You don’t need more than that. The condition of it is perfect and I am sure that a Fox Body fan will do a couple of burnouts with this beast.
