Rusty, abandoned, dusty, but still beautiful. This 1970 Ford Mustang Boss 302 was found in a barn in Arkansas after being stored there for 40 years. Hopefully, someone with big pockets will come in and save this amazing and rare automobile.
Few pony cars had rust, but I am sure no one will care when this beast is in question. According to the VIN, this beast has the Grabber Blue color and according to the original sales literature, this Boss should wear a front air dam, rear spoiler, and louvers. These wheels scream 70’s aggression a lot but I think this beast deserves the famous Magnum 500 wheels. Due to the racing capability, the Boss came only with 4-speed manual transmission and a Hurst shifter. This particular care came with the drag race style 4.30:1 Detroit locker rear end. If that doesn’t get your adrenaline up then I don’t know what will.
The standard 302 V8 made 290 horsepower (factory claim). But most of the car enthusiasts tested it and they say that in some cases the engine got up to 400 horsepower. All in all, this is a pretty amazing car crying for help to get back to her glory days. Will you be the one that saves her?
