1965 CHEVROLET NOVA SS SURVIVOR FOUND IN A BARN!

SS are the magic words when it comes to Chevrolet fans. Those letters mean Super Sport and here we have a Nova with those letters. This 1965 Chevrolet Nova SS was found in a barn in Virginia and it will need a lot of TLC to bring it back to its former glory.

There were around 9,100 Nova SSs made in 1965 so they weren’t very common and a few of them are left alive these days. The car needs a lot of clear coating and the bumpers have some damage from moisture. The rear bumper looks a little bit better, but you can see that it has some corrosion issues because of the water. While the interior doesn’t look bad, most of the parts will need a replacement because they aren’t restorable.

Unfortunately, the original V8 engine is long gone. This car has a non-running 307 V8 under the hood and the original Powerglide transmission in the truck. The good part about this car is that it has a lot of replacement parts with it.
So, will you restore this Nova?
