Z/28 Camaros are very desirable these days. They attract a lot of people and they are very rare and desirable. This 1969 Camaro is a genuine X33 car. This beast was found in a yard. After 25 years of being stored in a barn, someone moved this beast to a yard where it was sitting until now.
The story about this car is very interesting. The original 302 V8 engine blew up and the owner thought that the car was worthless. Because of that, he left the car in a barn. The car was in the barn for 25 years and he later moved it to a horse pen. This probably isn’t the best home for a muscle car like this one. After the engine blew up, the owner put a 427 V8 engine from a Corvette. This engine is running and it is hooked up to a TH400 automatic transmission. There are a lot of Z/28 fakes these days. Knowing that this car is an original Z/28 makes it very special. The owner doesn’t lie about the condition of this Camaro. He says that the car has a lot of rust and that the car will probably need a complete restoration.
This car will need a lot of work. It will need a new engine and transmission, a new interior, rust repair, and some other stuff. Being a real Z/28 it will probably get all that.
