I always called the short box trucks Shorty. It is a cool little nickname for a cool little truck. This particular truck is a 1973 Chevrolet C10 Cheyenne Super. This truck was found in a barn in Tennessee.
As you can probably see from the photos the truck needs some work. The RF fender needs to be replaced and rust is present in a lot of places. All of that is surface rust and it can be easily restored and fixed. This truck was previously owned by a man who used it as a workhorse. As most of the trucks, this one was a farm truck. However, this truck isn’t an ordinary farm truck. This beauty is a 1 of 1 truck. It has a lot of luxurious and unique features which make this truck very special and 1 of 1. Those options are working heat and air conditioning, Factory AM radio, All dash gauges including a clock, roll-up windows, and manual locks and FACTORY BUCKET SEATS AND CONSOLE (option A50) something you hardly ever see”. Under the hood, this unique truck has a 350 V8 engine, which made around 155 horsepower in 1973. The engine is original to the truck and the owner says that it runs and drives.
Overall, this is a very good and unique truck. It has a lot of special and rare options and it isn’t in bad condition. I am sure that someone will see the rarity and restore this Shorty.
