We see 1 of 1 made cars a lot these days. Well, according to the Marti Report, this 1968 Galaxie is one of those cars. This beauty is a real 1 of 1 made car. It was found in a garage in Canada and it is a highly original survivor car.
Except for a repaint in its original Highland Green color, everything on this car is original. As you can see from the photos, the body of the car is very straight without any signs of rust, dings, or dents. The current paint was done 10 years ago, which means that this beauty received a quality repaint. All of the exterior chrome and trim are also in good condition. Like the exterior, the interior is also a very original and tidy place. It’s done in black color and it features leather seats, AM/FM radio, and other stuff. I don’t know why some owners don’t send us pictures of the car’s engine. The only information that we have about the engine is that this beauty has a numbers matching 390 V8 under the hood which is hooked up to a 4-speed manual transmission. The engine runs and drives very well.
This Galaxie truly is a special car. The Marti Report verifies that it is a real 1 of 1 made car and it has some interesting features. As you can see Ford made only 141 XL GT Galaxies in 1968, which means that this beast is very hard to find, especially one in this condition. I am sure that a true Ford fan will appreciate the rarity of this beast.
